Nestcon Projects (previously known as R&R Construction) was started during 2001.
The founding members were Isak and Hannes Roos, an unbeatable father-son combination.
From day one Nestcon was determined to set a high standard and develop trend setting houses at a reasonable cost. Up until 2015 we have completed over 50 successful projects where families are now sharing in the Nestcon dream.
Thanks to the good name created in the industry and strong business fundamentals, we were fortunate to not only see our business survive an economic recession but even grow during that time.

Our management strongly believe in creating an open and honest relationship with our clients. Therefore you will never receive commitments from us which we feel we can't meet. Through a combination of diligence and the necessary experience, we will aim to meet all our clients' expectations.
Our staff are competent and friendly. At Nestcon we strive to maintain a very low staff turnover in order to establish experience and values.
